Search Terms
A name or place entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Union Parish Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s terms and privacy notice govern its handling of the query.
Messages
An email or contact submission may be retained long enough to answer it and maintain the related correspondence. We do not share a message outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law or a valid legal process.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Routine server, analytics, and security functions may collect limited technical details when a page loads:
- Internet Protocol address
- Browser name and version
- Device class and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring page or site, when supplied
- Date and time of a request

Visitors Under Eighteen
This service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted information may use the Get in Touch page to request review and deletion.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and the limits of our systems, a person may:
- Ask for a copy of personal information held about them
- Request correction of inaccurate submitted information
- Ask that eligible personal data be erased
- Object to or opt out of certain processing where that choice applies
These requests concern information held by this private site. Official Union Parish or Louisiana government records remain under the control and law of the agency that maintains them.
Changes to This Notice
This privacy notice may be revised as services, legal duties, or provider practices change. A new version takes effect when posted here with its updated effective date.
